Located in Bolgheri, Tenuta San Guido’s Sassicaia is considered one of the world’s premier Cabernet-based wines. The name “Sassicaia” refers to the stony terrain of the vineyard. The wine traditionally combines Cabernet Sauvignon with Cabernet Franc in a style that marries Bordeaux influence with Italian terroir.
