Sauvignon Blanc Ried Zieregg XT 2015

XT stands for “Extra Time – Extra Terroir – Extra Tement” and signifies the new direction of Sauvignon Blanc Zieregg. In contrast to previous bottlings, the XT comes with 8 years of barrel aging and thus heralds a new era of the Tement flagship after years of research and experimentation.

The wine is characterized by its ripe, concentrated, incredibly captivating fruit, which plays in the tropical realm and is so beautifully balanced by precise, wonderfully integrated acidity and salinity that it still appears light-footed, almost dancing. Its intensity and mineral length make it a great wine and an international Sauvignon benchmark.
