Mantlerhof Neuburger Hommage 2023

The Neuburger Hommage is a straightforward white wine with ripe pear notes and tropical fruit accents, accompanied by citrus fruits, almonds, and salty minerality in the finish. On the palate, it is dry and clear with a pleasant acid structure and texture.

Neuburger has been cultivated at the Mantlerhof for over 30 years. Organically farmed and meticulously cared for, this relative of Roter Veltliner produces a complex wine here on the Wagram, which is particularly excellent as a food pairing with wild garlic and asparagus.
