Bin 311 Chardonnay 2020

Delicate smoky aromas and notes of lime, pomelo, and ripe apple, along with fine hazelnut and floral accents, characterize the appealing interplay of smell and taste of the Bin 311. Persistent and melting, the wine leaves a lasting impression.

The grapes come from sites in Tasmania, the Adelaide Hills, and Tumbarumba southeast of Sydney. The wine was aged for 8 months in 41% new French barriques and testifies to the Australian renaissance in white wine, where the focus is now much more on freshness than oak and power.  

The wine was only minimally filtered to preserve its diverse aroma.
