The soil of the Falkenberg vineyard, located on the higher eastern slope of the Bisamberg, consists of Viennese sandstone with marine deposits on the surface that have weathered into sands through erosion. The particularly elegant Viennese Gemischter Satz grown here shows a clear, ripe apple fruit, accompanied by fine, slightly bitter quince and orange peel notes. The clear structure and pleasant spiciness make this harmonious and very successful wine linger in the memory for a long time.
