Nolens volens, or almost without the intervention of the winemaker, this juicy Welschriesling is created with ripe pear fruit and firm lemon freshness, underlined by elegant minerality.

Of course, he roughly sets the direction by training the vines on the slate south slope at an altitude of 400 meters in double-trunk planting, so that the vines have to regulate themselves in fierce competition. Or by deliberately not cutting away the leaves in the grape zone so that the grapes do not suffer sunburn from the reflecting slate. Or through the spontaneous maceration of one-third of the grapes and the whole-bunch pressing of the remaining two-thirds. But no additives are used, not even active pumping – everything in the cellar happens by gravity.
