Tement Weißburgunder Ried Wielitschberg 2021

A fresh, energetic Pinot Blanc with subtle herbal notes. The vines grow on the Wielitschberg vineyard on clay, loam, and coral limestone and are organically cultivated by hand. After hand-picking, the wine is spontaneously fermented, aged for 30 months on the fine lees in large wooden barrels, and bottled unfiltered. The precise production and long aging time ensure a development potential of 15 years and more.
