The grapes for this New Zealand classic were harvested at night and in the early morning hours and processed immediately to bring out the aromas as intensely as possible. The result is clear passion fruit, lemongrass, and grapefruit aromas carried by a crisp acidity on the palate. The wonderfully structured finish makes this wine a must-have at any blind tasting.
