Pinot Noir Heaven & Earth Sonoma Coast 2019

The Heaven and Earth floats light-footed with dreamily elegant raspberry fruit over the palate, yet develops pressure and great length, and surprises with cherry notes, mint, salinity, and espresso. About one-fifth of the grapes were fermented whole cluster and the wine was aged for 15 months in 14 percent new oak. Precise style.
