Pinot Noir Fort Ross-Seaview 2019

The Estate Pinot Noir is the benchmark wine of Red Car. Deep, powerful, with concentrated cherry and plum fruit and spicy notes, yet elegant and silky, it embodies the ideal of the Fort Ross-Seaview Pinot Noir. 17 percent of the grapes are fermented with stems and stalks, thus emphasizing the complex undertones of forest floor, cardamom, cloves, and black tea. The wine was aged for over 15 months in 10 percent new oak.
