After 30 months on the fine lees in old small wooden barrels, bottled unfiltered, the Morillon from the calcareous Erste STK-Lage Wielitschberg is an impressive wine: very rich, full-bodied, yet radiantly fresh. Fruit-sweet and intense, yet very harmonious, it promises great development potential. The successful use of barrels gives it tension and elegance.
