Morillon Muschelkalk Südsteiermark 2021

Hardly any other winery carries through its quality concept as consistently from regional wine to single-vineyard wine as Tement. Thus, the Morillon Muschelkalk also comes from organic cultivation, was spontaneously fermented, aged for 18 months in large, neutral oak barrels, and bottled unfiltered. Accordingly, the wine is delicate and precise, minerally grounded, and focused.

Falstaff: “Light greenish-yellow, silver reflections. Delicate notes of meadow herbs, subtle yellow apple fruit, fresh orange zest, a touch of walnut. Juicy, a hint of fruit sweetness, fine acidity, pear touch in the finish, already well developed.”
