Clover plays a special role in this, as it binds nitrogen in the soil, which serves as a natural fertilizer for the vines.

In this way, a bone-dry, puristic Grüner Veltliner with a clear Kamptal signature is created entirely without the use of chemical aids. It combines the typical strengths of its grape variety with apple and pear aromas, elderflower and herbal notes.
