Its proximity to a nearby forest and favorable orientation provide natural protection from extreme temperatures, contributing to the grapes’ optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place in large acacia wood vessels, where the wine spends a full year developing on its lees, resulting in a wine of remarkable depth and complexity.
