After spontaneous fermentation and 6 months of aging on the full lees in large and small wooden barrels, this Grüner Veltliner presents itself superbly balanced, with an intense fruit core, fine herbal spice, and a long-lasting finish.

Located in the southeastern part of the Heiligenstein, the Lamm vineyard guarantees expressive, multi-layered Grüner Veltliners with elegance and grace. The terroir is loamy and characterized by a special microclimate of the south-facing slope.
