The Crémant de Bourgogne Brut practically jumps out of the glass with ripe pear fruit, green apple, and chamomile. On the palate, it is piquant and fresh, with citrus notes and a hint of cinnamon.

70 percent Pinot Noir and 30 percent Chardonnay are in this sparkling wine from the only producer currently producing bottle-fermented Crémant in Chablis. After 36 months on the lees, the high-quality vintage sparkling wine was riddled, disgorged, and corked with a dosage of 5 g/l.
