The history of the renowned Chateau Purcari begins in 1827 when Tsar Nicholas I issued a decree establishing it as the first winery in Moldavia (then known as Bessarabia). After a period of decline during the Soviet era, when Moldova primarily produced table wine, Chateau Purcari regained its prestige at the beginning of the 20th century. This resurgence was achieved through replanting 250 hectares of vineyards and implementing modern technology in the winery. Today, Chateau Purcari produces high-quality wines that consistently earn accolades at major international wine competitions.

This Limited Edition rosé is crafted from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Malbec grapes. The grapes are cultivated with a deep respect for the environment, employing sustainable practices that promote biodiversity and ensure soil fertility in the vineyards.

Native Rosé de Purcari is a captivating wine with a brilliant color. It offers a fresh and complex aromatic profile with intense notes of rose and violet, complemented by aromas of stone fruit, ripe citrus, and subtle spice. On the palate, it is a round and generous wine with a lively acidity that is beautifully balanced by a concentrated fruit character. The finish is long and soft.
