Chateau La Nerthe is one of the most renowned estates in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, celebrated for both its rich history and its extensive vineyards. The estate’s origins date back to 1560 when it was established by the Tulle de Villefranche family. Over the centuries, it has evolved into a leading producer of classic Rhone Valley wines, thanks in part to its 92 hectares of vineyards spread across 57 distinct plots.

This approachable Côtes du Rhône Villages wine is made with grapes from Domaine Renjarde’s vineyards in Serignan-du-Comtat, which are managed by the Chateau La Nerthe team. The Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre vines in these vineyards are over 40 years old, yielding intensely concentrated fruit that’s perfect for crafting premium wines.

In the glass, you’ll be greeted by a vibrant ruby red color and enticing aromas of cherry, plum, and spice from the oak aging.
