Chateau de Meursault is a distinguished and historic estate in Burgundy, renowned for producing some of the region’s most exquisite wines. Since 2012, it has been under the stewardship of the Halley family, who also own the neighboring Chateau de Marsannay and have overseen the conversion to fully organic farming practices.

The chateau is situated in the Meursault appellation of Côte de Beaune, but the estate possesses vineyard plots in some of Burgundy’s most celebrated terroirs, including Pommard, Volnay, and Aloxe-Corton. Its clay-limestone and gravel soils nurtured this signature Chardonnay, an exemplary representation of what Chateau de Meursault, and Burgundy as a whole, have to offer.

This Meursault displays a generous bouquet of white flowers, peach, and nectarine, complemented by buttery notes of toast and oatmeal. On the palate, you’ll encounter rich citrus flavors intertwined with sweet, ripe tropical fruits. Hints of mango and pineapple contribute to the round mouthfeel, culminating in a tangy finish.
