Chateau de Corcelles prioritizes minimal intervention in the winemaking process and uses as few additives as possible to create their vibrant and expressive Beaujolais wines.

This cru Beaujolais is made with Gamay grapes from 60-year-old vines and aged in oak barrels for several months to add complexity and refinement.
