Premier Cru Pinot Noir Champagne
This Champagne is ready to enjoy now, but it can also be cellared for up to 10 years to develop further complexity. Serve it chilled for the ultimate experience.
Family Legacy in Champagne
Laherte Frères is a small, family-run winery in Champagne with a unique approach to viticulture. Their 11 hectares of vineyards are divided into 72 micro-plots scattered throughout the region, showcasing the diversity of the terroir. Founded in 1889 by Jean-Baptiste Laherte, the winery is now led by Aurélien, the sixth generation of the family, who has embraced biodynamic farming practices. Their vineyards span three distinct areas of Champagne: Épernay, Côte des Blancs, and Vallée de la Marne.
Blanc de Noirs with Character
The Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut Les Longues Voyes is crafted entirely from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from Premier Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims. This area, with its limestone and clay soils, is particularly well-suited for cultivating Pinot Noir. The first fermentation takes place in barriques, followed by the second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional Champenoise Method. The wine then rests on its lees for a minimum of 18 months before disgorgement, adding complexity and depth.
Aromas and Flavors
This Blanc de Noirs shines in the glass with a bright, light yellow hue and fine bubbles. The nose offers enticing aromas of fruit, complemented by hints of bread crust and delicate floral nuances. On the palate, it’s fragrant and refreshing, with juicy, crunchy fruit flavors leading to a fresh and balanced finish.
